3. Vulnerability Creates Opportunity
People often link vulnerability to negative emotions. When we picture vulnerability, we think of personal mistakes, shame and fear. However, vulnerability is more than that. Vulnerability is courage. It’s the willingness to let others see our authentic selves. Vulnerability lets us truly connect with others and that connection breeds collaboration and opportunities. When we are willing to open up ourselves to others, we also open new opportunities and paths to success.
In this module, you learn to see vulnerability as a strength, not a weakness, and how openness leads to deeper connections and collaborative opportunities.
