The Challenge
Too often we hear that living in Hawaiʻi is "too expensive," that "there are not enough jobs," and that the only option is to "move to the Mainland."
The truth is that Hawaiʻi has an abundance of opportunities—waiting for someone, anyone—to take advantage of them.
Opportunity only discriminates against those who are not open to accepting it; those who prefer to play it safe; those not willing to be vulnerable; and those paralyzed by the fear of failure and criticism.
Our Vision
By creating a platform that provides access to resources and shares perspectives of kama‘āina creators, entrepreneurs, and leaders, RISEHI aims to shift the mindset of our keiki regarding their capabilities and opportunities available in Hawai‘i.
